The University of Limerick has been engaged on several projects with Board Excellence over the last number of years. These include formal Governance Support Programmes with the other universities in the sector, advice on governance issues such as skills matrix for our Governing Authority and sub committees and a complete review of our Induction Programme for Governing Authority. Board Excellence have also provide us with several very useful best practice guides. Kieran presented to our Governing Authority on “The Board’s approach to strategy in the Covid-19 and economic crisis era” and members of our Governing Authority very much welcomed the insights into Board Excellence’s experience on this topic.
