It proved to be a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the board, a thorough examination of the board’s interaction with the executive as well as an appraisal of the board’s interaction with the wider world of our stakeholders. The report provided not only a benchmark of where we are now, but also gave us proposals and initiatives to improve our performance as a board in the future.
