Cancellation and Refund Policy
You will have the right to cancel the booking of a BE training course up to ten working days before the commencement of that course. In that event a full refund will be provided or alternatively you can re-book for an alternative training course date. If you wish to cancel the course less than ten working days before the commencement of that course, you will be offered an alternative place on a future scheduled training course but no refund will be possible.
No refund will be made to individuals who fail to attend the training course or who do not complete the training course.

Board Excellence reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation, fees will be refunded.
